The Executive and Communications Administrative Assistant provides support to the Director of Integrated Care for the All Nations Health Partners – Ontario Health Team (ANHP-OHT). This position offers direct administrative support, including advertising and promoting the ANHP-OHT.

In partnership with Kenora Chiefs Advisory (KCA), this position will be under the employment of KCA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Advertising and Health Promotion

  • Maintain corporate websites
  • Maintain corporate social media
  • Maintain corporate SharePoint and provide training as required
  • Promote ANHP-OHT programs and priority projects through regular updates on our webpage and social media platforms and in person if required
  • Create promotional materials
  • Promote and assist in coordinating ANHP-OHT events
  • Be a member of the ANHP OHT Communications Working Group

Executive and Administrative Support

  • Assist with scheduling meetings for the Leadership team as required
  • Record and circulate minutes for ANHP-OHT meetings and working groups as required
  • Provide clerical support to the ANHP-OHT Leadership team
  • Create orientation process / procedure for new staff
  • Assist with policy and procedure development, annual renewals and signatures

Other administrative duties will include but are not limited to

  • Maintain a job position manual with detailed instructions for performing daily duties to ensure backup personnel have a reference manual while covering leave
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Office Administration certificate or 5+ years of experience in an office administration role
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher) and experience with SharePoint Admin
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Previous experience managing corporate social media accounts
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer/patient service
  • Current satisfactory criminal reference check with vulnerable sector search
  • Class G driver’s license, driver’s abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle
