If you were admitted to a Federal Indian Hospital while it was operated by the Government of Canada, you may be eligible to receive money as part of a Canada-wide settlement that has been reached to compensate individuals for harms they suffered.

The Claims Period is now open, and you have until July 27, 2028, to submit a claim.

• June 8, 5:30 p.m.: informational presentation of the Settlement and Claims Helper support (no 1:1 appointments with Claims Helpers)
• June 9-12: book sessions with a Claims Helper here.

Registration is encouraged but not required.
