Congratulations to the Ga Naa Na Ga Da Waa Ba Dang – Kenora Justice Centre for one year of supporting our youth and families through the justice system!
An anniversary celebration was held Thursday morning at 33 Main Street South, hosted by Elder Don Jones, Treaty #3 Ogichidaa Francis Kavanaugh, leadership from the local justice community, community partners, and Ogimaawabiitong.
The Kenora Justice Centre aims to connect youth aged 12 to 24 with various community partners and supports as they help youth navigate the justice system. The Justice Centre can also assist youth with a variety of supports, including training, schooling, and much more. Ogimaawabiitong is a partner organization with the initiative, which is led by the Ministry of the Attorney General.
